Erin & Brad's Contemporary Art Museum Engagement

This engagement shoot was one of our favorites! In addition to being really, ridiculously good-looking and stylish, Erin and Brad are two of our very dear friends. Erin is a very talented wedding photographer herself, and Brad is a respiratory therapist. It's a huge honor to be asked by another photographer to photograph their day, and we couldn't be happier to be a part of their November wedding. For the engagement session, Erin wore a stunning gown from Rent the Runway and she carried a lovely bouquet made by Melinda of Les Bouquets. Brad was positively dapper in his fitted navy suit. The minimalist and modern architecture of the Contemporary Art Museum was a perfect backdrop for this session, and we finished up with some photos at Tower Grove Park. We loved every inch of this session, and if this was just the engagement session, hold on to your hats for the wedding!

Ida & Jake's Renaissance Grand Wedding

Ida and Jake were married on a sort of rainy Saturday in May, but the rain couldn't begin to put a damper on their spirits. Ida was a positively resplendent bride. In a low-backed, lace dress with full curls and a red lip, she was equal parts classic elegance and vintage glamour. Jake was her perfect counterpart in a classic tuxedo. After first seeing each other in Forest Park (the look on Jake's face when he first saw her!), the two were married at the Shrine of St. Joseph. Their reception was held at the Crystal Ballroom at the Renaissance Grand. This was such a beautiful day, and Ida and Jake make an amazing couple. Congratulations, Ida and Jake!

Breanna & Matt's Forest Park Engagement Session

This gorgeous couple will be tying the knot in October at the City Museum in downtown St. Louis. Breanna and Matt are so sweet and so perfect for each other. For their engagement session, we wanted to capture some great outdoor images of the two of them with their dogs. We started out their session at Forest Park. Forest Park is amazing - it seems no matter how many times we shoot there, we are always able to find new spots that we love. After the park, we went down to an old industrial train area to add some dramatic, structural photos. We can't wait for their October wedding!

Maddie & Chris's Wedding at the Moulin

Chris and Maddie were married at St. Mary Magdalen in Brentwood, Missouri: the same church where Chris's parents tied the knot 30 years ago. Even though it was a little rainy, these two had a gorgeous wedding. They saw each other for the first time in a quaint courtyard outside the church, where the trees were blooming with lovely little white flowers. With the intermittent rain, this was the perfect day for a first look! For their reception, Maddie and Chris celebrated with their families at the wonderful Moulin Events. Congratulations, Maddie and Chris!
